Domestic Order Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
We prioritise your satisfaction and are dedicated to ensuring your happiness with every Sarada Handloom product. If you ever find yourself dissatisfied, our customer-centric Return/Exchange policy is designed to address your concerns and make things right.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
Initiate the process by emailing returns@saradahandloom.com within 6 days of receiving your product. Note: Any requests for return or exchange made after 6 days from receiving the product will not be accepted.
Return Process
Upon email confirmation, a reverse pickup will be arranged (2–3 days processing). The received product must be unused, with the label intact and in original packaging. After receiving the product (around 7–10 days to reach our warehouse) and completing a quality check, we will initiate a refund via online modes of payment (approximately within 7 days of the product being received at the warehouse). For orders up to ₹1,500, we do not offer refunds — instead, we will issue a credit note of the same value. Sarees with fall and edging cannot be exchanged or returned. Refunds are subject to the product passing our quality checks.
Exchange Process
Confirmed via email, a reverse pickup is arranged (2–3 days processing). The received product must be unused, with the label intact and in original packaging. After receiving the product (around 7–10 days after pickup) and quality control, we proceed with the exchange in 1–2 days. Exchange is allowed only once — for a second exchange, customers bear ₹250 for forward & reverse charges. Exchange is possible only for products of equal or higher value; lesser-value products will not be accepted. There is no return for a product once already exchanged and received by the customer. Exchanges are processed post quality checks.
Damaged or Defective Products
Request an exchange for damaged or defective products. The received product must be unused, with the label intact and in original packaging. Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging is damaged. Products damaged during use are not eligible for a refund or replacement. If we cannot replace a damaged or defective product, a refund will be issued.
International Order Return & Exchange Policy
At Sarada Handloom, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders due to logistical constraints. However, exceptional situations may arise and we are happy to assist wherever possible. If you still wish to return your order, we can make an exception under the following conditions: the return must be initiated and executed by the customer at their own expense; the product must be unused, with the label intact and in its original packaging; once we receive the product and it passes our quality check, we will process a refund within 7 days of receiving the item; the refund will be initiated via online payment modes only.
